Tuesday, June 23rd I celebrated 34 years in AA. I took cakes at two meetings and one so far today and will take another today (Sunday) and one more on Monday. It is hard to believe I have been sober so long. I really didn't think I would last a year!

And you have helped so many in the "bug house." I congratulate you and remember all the times whereby you shared recovery in those 8PM get togethers. I see how it has helped over time since 1999. Even the time we had our homeless guest in early 2004... that was a trip. I'm grateful that we now have coming on 100 years of sobriety sharing in that room. It is amazing...I didn't think I would go beyond several years originally. It's humbling to go back there to that time and place (temporarily). It was great to see you recover over time last year. A loving Higher Power can do the amazing for all that want Him!
